- Clear **photos and/or videos of the product**
- Photos/videos of the **original packaging**
- Evidence clearly showing the **defect, wrong item, damage, or missing item**

## 4. Return Shipping Responsibility
- In cases of **defective, wrong, or missing items**, **Siya the Boutique will bear the return shipping cost**

## 5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will **NOT** be accepted in the following situations:

- Color variations due to different screen or device displays
- Products that have been **worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery**

- **Custom-made or made-to-order products**, including customized blouse stitching
