## 3. Proof Required (Mandatory)

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear **photos and/or videos of the product**
  • Photos/videos of the **original packaging**
  • Evidence clearly showing the **defect, wrong item, damage, or missing item**

## 4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • In cases of **defective, wrong, or missing items**, **Siya the Boutique will bear the return shipping cost**
  • Return instructions will be shared after approval
  • Products must be shipped back only after confirmation from our team

## 5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will **NOT** be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Color variations due to different screen or device displays
  • Products that have been **worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery**
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • **Custom-made or made-to-order products**, including customized blouse stitching
  • Requests raised after the 48-hour reporting window

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the **original payment method only**
  • We do not offer refunds via store credit, cash, or alternative payment modes

  • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary and are beyond our control
